My rear muffler & tailpipe just rotted off. Any ideas how where & can get a replacement? I don't mind Ebay aftermarket stuff either. Jut looking to be pointed in the right direction.

I am going to assume that you are not the original owner, because if that is what came off the rear of the system, it does not appear to be the original resonator assy. The original resonator was a lot smaller in diameter than what you have there. It looks to be a Walker style aftermarket replacement. I know, because several years ago, my muffler, near the transmission, failed and I ordered a complete cat back system from Rock Island Auto Parts. When it arrived, it had a resonator that looked a lot like your pics. When I tried to install the system, the front part fit well, but the rear section appeared to be bent wrong where it went over the rear axle, and that large can/resonator hit against the frame when I hooked up the hangers. I didn't want to try adjusting the bend in the pipe, so I re-used the rear resonator section and returned the part they sent. The pic in the 2nd link you posted looks to be a lot more like the oem setup.

Have you considered having it turned out to the side? I did it so my exhaust wouldn't melt things on one of those hitch-mounted cargo carriers; others have done it to reduce the exhaust smell with the rear window down. It cost me about $75 at my local muffler shop and you can add a stainless tip if you want.
