Rear Passenger-side Brake line leaking, can't get to it

I have a '94 4Runner, 3VZE. I noticed my BRAKE! light was on yesterday when I got in to drive to work. No braking power. The dash light refers to the system not having any fluid. I checked the master cylinder. No fluid. I filled her up. Pumped the brake pedal a few times and looked for the leak. It appeared to be leaking from the rear right. I jack her up, get underneath, and start looking. I can almost make out where the leak is coming, but I literally can't fit my head in the area to see where it is leaking.

I don't know if someone has an easy way to get in there. The only way I can see accessing this area, is by dropping the right-side rear axle (removing both the shock and spring), or dropping the gas tank....

My local guy can do this, but I don't want to spend a couple hundred bucks for literally a $20 brake line from the shop.

Does anyone have any idea? I need to access the line above the right rear tire, above the axle. I literally can't get to it. Any idea's would be great.

Should I drop my rear axle? Can I just drop one side? Then I have to take off the shock and spring, right?

You might be able to get to it from jacking the truck up, putting the frame on jack stands, and lowering the rear axle. If that isn't enough you can jack up the driver's side of the axle and that should lower the passenger side some. If that still isn't enough, you can disconnect the sway bar end link(s).

Did you remove the rear wheel and drum and see if it is the cylinder at the top of the pads leaking. Very common problem

Ok, I was able to trace it and figure out how to run a new line. Looks like the best way is run the new line coming out of the LVPS, and then cut and flange the other piece running along the frame. There appears to be 2 lines that run along the frame, back above the wheel well, and then along the frame between tthe gas tank to the front. The top line is the one that comes out of the LVPS, and the bottom one...is just cut off above the rear axle? It has always been that way since I had it...I will add some pics here soon.

Here are the images:
You can see from 1-3 it is the top line. The top line follows around to where it goes into the LVPS. The bottom line??? According to pic 3c it comes around and just ends...I can't tell if it is blocked off. It has always been that way since I got my rig.

Any clue on where 3c is suppose to go or is it just a dead line that confuses everyone?

I was able to take the top line out of the LVPS attach the new line, and I am cutting into the top line where it runs to the front along the frame in pic 1a.

Thoughts??

Can you get a pic of how the lines are configured in the front passenger wheel well? There should be the main rear line on the elbow fitting, and the second line connects to the T fitting with the front passenger line.
