Rear right window motor write up please?

Anyone got a bookmark for a good writeup on replacing the rear passenger window motors? I think my motor failed today, as the sun was setting I was able to get the motor unbolted, and we used duct tape and 2x4s to hold the window up :mad2: I was looking at various threads talking about testing, and checking, but an actual writeup would be helpful.
