Rear seat back won't latch correctly.

My driver side rear seat back wont latch every time I push it back into place and I noticed that the U bracket that it latches to has slid back in it's track, when it does latch the seat reclines farther back than the other side. Looking at the U-bracket, is there any way to adjust or tighten it? I did not see anything obvious to play with. Thanks in advance for any replies.

For 4Runners without a third row, the second row seat back angle is adjustable. There is a pull up latch near the door jamb (stand in the rear doorway for ease of access) that allows you to move the U bracket/seat back angle. It is just inboard of the seatbelt and just above the rear seat back height when the seat back is folded down.

Thanks, not sure how I overlooked that as I had used it in the past. When in the fully reclined position I still have trouble latching the seat back. Latches fine when pulled forward. Appreciate the assistance.
