If it is the same as my 86, the yes. There is a little post that almost looks like a lock on the top of the seats, one at either side. One of mine is boken, and there is just a hole, so look out for that as well. You lift up the knob and the lock will disengage and let you put the seat forward. Mine don't go all the way down, but I havent owned it since 1986, so I don't know everything about it. They go donw far enough to sleep in the back, and thats what counts.
 
All you should have to do is lift up and pull forward (from the back where the seat belt goes down) on the bottom part of the seat. Then pull the latch on the top of the seat and pull forward. The back should lay flat while the bottom part of the seat is pointing up.
 
Be sure you have the seat bottom pulled up first there should be a Nylon strap in the middle of each seat the you pull to release it then you do as the others have posted to get the top down
