Rear SR5 black fender flare hardware info needed

Looking for info on what hardware (screws/clips?) are needed to mount the rear black plastic SR5 style flares. A friend picked some up w/o hardware, front is simple, self tappers into the fender liner inserts, rear doors need clips. But what's typically used for the main rear flare that mounts on the wheel arch? (he's got a base model, so no indications of mounting points on the rear wheel arches) Seems like clip on nuts w/screws, or drill away on the wheel arch?

I did this on my non-flare SR5 (not even the chrome strips - it was originally a 15" wheel truck).

The rear hardware are M6x10 bolts with wide integrated washers (fender washer sized) up from the engine bay side and standard Toyota flanged nuts on the "top" side. Between the flare and the fender return lip there are rubber isolation pads - you will see indentations in the flares for these. On the base, you will have to drill holes for the bolts. One or two of the front lower holes will be there if you have/had side steps to help with alignment.

Simple green and a Mr Clean magic eraser did a pretty good job cleaning them up originally, but I later painted them with SEM trim black with good results.

Thanks, I'm not into flares so don't know much about them. So bolts similar to the rear mud flaps, makes sense. Then nuts on the inside of the wheel well arch lip. Same situation here, base model with not flare nor running boards.
