Rear suspension squeak

I have a 2006 SR5 4WD. The rear suspension is squeaking. Or at least the sound comes from around the rear wheels. It's noticeable and quite annoying. I can just bounce on the running boards and make it squeak. Any suggestions?

This probably sounds stupid, but id have a buddy stand on the tow hitch, bounce up and down real well while i sit next to the rear wheel wells and try to pinpoint the issue.
