Rear window issues

Took the the top off my Runner a few months back, threw the top back on, connected everything, window will not close. Any suggestions?

Special bolt

Look in the owner's manual. One of the bolts that holds the top on the side rails is longer to close a switch and allow the rear window to close.

Bolts were the same length

But maybe I didn't get the fit just right, windows working now. Thanks.
