Rear Window maintenance and hatch wiring boot

So after some futzing around I was able to get my rear window functioning.

However it's pretty slow. I'm sure the motor is tired, but I'm guessing there's some critically dry components.

Any recommendations on how/where to lube? Graphite? Lithium?

Also, does anyone know if you can replace teh hatch wiring boot? My PO 'sealed' it with some sort of adhesive goop, but I'd rather have it properly tight, but I"m not going to cut off the current mess if it's a giant PITA.

Most motors want white lithium grease on drive trains, light oil (what they used to call sewing machine oil on bearings if you can get ti them.

I've never heard of that boot being changed, but from what I know of how things are put together 'giant PIA' is probably an understatement. The EASY way is probably pulling the harness from inside the truck, and a lot of interior stuff will need to get pulled to do that. Pulling it from inside the liftgate would be worse, I think.

Lube the track that the window slides up and down on. Silicone grease works well but this stuff is the best IMHO:
