Hello, I've got a 2002 4Runner, and on a very cold day a few weeks ago, the rear windshield wiper stopping wiping. At first, it got stuck intermittently at different locations, until finally it became unable to move on or off from its "home position", on the perch at the bottom of the wipe cycle. If I activate the wiper and then stand behind the car, I can give it an assist off the perch, and then it wipes normally. But when it gets back to the home position, it gets stuck again there and can't move anymore unless I assist it again.
I've searched the forums here and haven't found the answer, but I am assuming there is some simple lubrication or part replacement that I can do...any ideas?
