Gecko, I'm assuming you mean how do you swing the arm out enough to get to the blade/insert. The plastic cover over the pivot point at the base of the arm snaps on/off. You need to remove it so you can swing the arm out to 90°. This video is for a Highlander, but you'll get the idea.
You'll be tempted, but I'll save you the trouble. I started by buying the recommended Trico replacement blade for the 4R, but it's a 10" blade and the OEM is 12" so I just cut a break-to-fit refill rubber insert to size and reused the OEM metal stiffeners. In my case, I used the leftover driver's refill since they're sold in pairs.
