Rear Wiper Problem

The rear wiper on my 04 4runner doesn't work at all. Thought it was a fuse but checked them over and they seem to be OK. The only thing that I don't understand is the wiper and fluid sprayer both don't work any suggestions??? it sounds like a fuse so maybe I have been checking the wrong fuses.

Ensure that the rear window is fully closed. Open it and then close it back up.

The rear wiper, washer, and defroster all don't work if the computer thinks the window is open by even the slightest amount.
