Rear wiper & washer inop.

I was out in the rain today and noticed that both my rear wiper and washer are not working. Both of their fuses look good. Is there a common problem that will take out both of them at the same time or is it just a coincidence?

Are you sure the window is all the way up? Try rolling it down and back up and try it.

Son of a gun, that worked! I thought it was all the way up but I guess not because after I rolled it all the way down and back up everything works. The washer is pretty pathetic though. LOL
