OK, I posted yesterday of my strawberry milkshake debacle. I've decided I'm going to let the pros take care of it since my wife loves this truck. 185k, zero rust, and I'm going to sink $2500 into it, BUT 3yr/36k mile warranty, parts and labor.
My question is which is better for the long haul, a rebuilt one swapped out with mine, or rebuild mine? The shop will replace all electronics, bearings, bands, clutch, etc.... basically everything but my housing and gears. They have done a lot of 4Runners and really speak well about their method of flushing the cooling system.
