Recall G0C Airbag Controller Module...how long?

The 4runner I'm purchasing has this recall G0C and Toyota will not let me take delivery until the vehicle is repaired.

Does anyone have experience with this recall and how long it took for Toyota to get the part in to complete the recall. So far I've been waiting for two weeks for the part with the dealer and Toyota corporate unable to give me an answer on the ETA for the part...

Mine was in and out in less than a day, this also included the dealer completely reconstructing the front crash sensor after some animal chewed through it. That is odd that its taking so long. My dealer had all the parts in stock about a month ago....

That’s awesome! My dealer is saying according to their database, the parts aren’t available in any warehouse in the country. So no ETA and possibly on back order. Then they say it could show up tomorrow or in 2 weeks.

Pretty Frustrating...
