ok so quick question i just got off the phone with a toyota dealership after reading the posts about recalls and they said that my truck has two recalls that need to be performed the head gas, and the steering rod relay or something like that, jw if anyone on here knows exactly wat they do with these recalls becaus i just recently bought the truck and its not running right, plus the nearest toyota dealership is an hour away and i dont know if it will make it or not, but i dont wanna do any more work on it than i have to in order to get it running... OR compromise them doin the work because i did something. any help will be greatly appreciated

Get both of them done, if it's not running right chances are head gasket is about to go so might as well get it done for free.

I took mine in for a front and rear diff top off and they ran the vin and did the steering rod relay for free and it feels like its steers a bit better with the tires i have.
