Recommendations on preventive maintence at 200K?

I'm at 199,501 miles today & did an oil change. I keep a spreadsheet of maintenance I do; there may be a few things I forgot to add as I went along. Mods not listed. Take a look & let me know if it seems I may have missed anything, but for the most part I try to do more than what's recommended. My ownership began 135,432 on 4/1/13 (2nd owner), so the notes prior are dealer notes direct from www.toyota.com/owners. The first owner did very regular maintenance at the dealers.

According to his "signature"/permanent info at the bottom of his reply box, he doesn't have the V8, the V6 has a timing chain that for the most part lasts a very long time!

V6 chain is pretty much good for the life of the engine... you basically never have to do anything. Really great motor.

I rolled over 200k not too long ago...
Aside from oil and filter(s), not much on the engine side... All I did was spark plugs, serpentine belt, all fluids, diffs, TC.

Dashboard recall? I just picked up a 2005 v6 with a January build date, and didn't see a recall on the service record. I'll find out when they replace the front left wheel bearing this weekend.

Depending on your vehicle I've included greasing my door hinge sliders to keep them freely moving. At some point I need to pull the door panels off to grease the window gears.
