I'd be in if we can have a few weeks lead time. I'll probably need to drop leave if it's on a weekend.

I am interested. Need to put my lift on first, but let me know when your thinking about going and I will hopefully have my lift on by then.

Im thinking early march as of now. I went today for the first time and had a blast, But driving my Ram 1500 i didn't exactly get to see everything there.

Cobra, i know a shop that can help you with that lift install…...

Scott I would appreciate that information if you have it.

Thanks,
Joe

HokieRunner and I had talked about this last summer. I don't think I'll make this run, but when I move to Arlington in May I'd love to see this place.

Joe. My shop( Hightech) is right in Chantilly. Feel free to come by or call.

I'm hoping joneseyyy and 4ShoreRunner will join

Is this place brand new? I hadn't heard of it. Either way, I'm 110% in, and definitely would like to meet the owners/managers to plan for future events for the local guys (on here, on the the Mid-Atlantic overland FB group, and for local people following DirtRoadTrip).

I'd rather get out to more remote areas and explore, but offroad parks are a much more convenient way to work on specific skills and test new equipment closer to home.

I think the park is only about 200 acres. So its not a "weekend " trip by any means but its fun to go play for a few hours. Also would be a really good place for new guys to learn line selection and throttle control

Lets shoot for the first weekend in march. That should give people enough time to make plans and hopefully the weather will still be bad( makes it more fun).

I would definitely be down to check this place out. This is my first time hearing about it. I'm in Baltimore but I spend a lot of time in NOVA for work.

Red Cloud

i'm actually going to be going with a group of friends Sunday February 16th if anyone would like to tag along with us!

I wouldn't be able to make the 16th, but definitely post up some pics of your trip.

I've looked at some pics and videos online and there definitely seems to be a good amount of mud on these trails. Some of those holes look pretty damn deep.

Alright, Ive been slacking. I did contact RCOR. And asked them but i was planning on setting something up for march 1st. However I think What we should so is try to get atleast one group run a month. This way if someone cant make it one week they only have to wait a short while to go with a group.

The park is open to everyone as long as they meet the minimum requirements.

So The first group will be adam2562 group. I will be joining you, I don't know what i will be driving though, i may or may not want to be a passenger.

Then i will set something up for the end of march(29th possibly).

Ideally id like to get a decent group to go wheel with on a semi regular basis. And although i dont have a 4runner, I much prefer the toyota crowd to the jeepers.

lol yea Jeepers can get annoying! well since its nearby, i'm sure i'll go a few times! i'll see you there Scott@Hightech

I like the idea of doing a trail run once a month.

29 March is a no-go for me, but any other weekend in March I could probably make.
