The snow on that unprotected shelf coming down webster pass tells me the high elevation wheeling is all but over. Glad I got my Red Cone trip for the year a bit earlier in the season.

rumor has it, that the snow is melting FAST, theres a guy on another forum that can see red cone from his house, (gotta love that) he is saying if it doesnt snow this week, it should be fine/passable this weekend, but Webster Pass wont be with that hole, lol or Im not doing it...

Damn, I heard ALLLL about this trip from Doug. Sounds like it was a very long day. I like the pic of that FJ40 coming up the trail. Glad everything worked out OK.
