Regear question on 4.56

Ive done a small bit of research on the 4.56 gears. I found a couple threads of what users used and suggested but without detail.

Im looking for a full kit and advise on why you choose that kit. So, can you provided some input?

ECGS sells the gears in the 3rd member and front clamshell so it's literally just a matter of tear down and put back instead of putting the gears in, setting back lash, etc. Little more expensive than just buying the gears, install kit, and any seals or bearing but I hear it saves some aggravation. Otherwise you'll likely be taking the gears to a shop for install.

I second to EGGS if you want a bolt off and on. I just changed and regeared mine due to broken pinion. I bought the 4.56 overhaul kit from amazon Quality performance (Yukon 4.56 gears, usa standard master overhaul bearing kit and Yukon pinion yoke). I saved money on taking off/on the 3rd member and just have the shop overhaul it. Not hard at all. I did have an issue of broken axle carrier stud which I had someone weld a nut so I can take it off. Not bad at all. I have more of a pick me up on low gears and fast kick from 65-80.

What size tires are you running with your 4.56 gears? Your sig looks like it has 32's listed. What are your RPM's at 75mph?

I'm changing to 33's and I'm at 24-2500rpm at 75mph. It can handle 35's. I save gas at low gear stop/go traffic. Lol!
