remote start question

im thinking of getting a remote start installed.(northeast winters are cold). the shop where im having my sirrius installed uses python remote starts and alarms. has anyone had experience with the python units? i tried doing a search and couldn't come up with any answers.

Python is a brand name that is made by DEI - Directed Electronics Incorporated. Also famous for making the Clifford, Hornet, Viper and several other lines of mobile products. They're a good company and their products in my experience have all been top notch. Do you have any specific questions or is it just if this is a good brand?

right now im just checking that the brand is reputable. however, is there anything i should be aware of?
