Remote start suggestions

It's getting cold and I have decided to get a remote start. I called around and they are asking 500 that is a no go at this station. So here is where you come in I'm pretty sure I need a bypass module and the remote start it self. I want to keep my oem fob.

$500 for a decent remote start is about the avg across the board.

and don't be fooled by the bestbuy $200-300 package/install, they jack up it back up to $500 after all is said and done cause of parts or whatever.
