Remote window roll down

Hello all. I'm wondering if the dealer can program my 06 Limited so I can roll down all the windows with the remote? Any help is appreciated!

My OEM remote was programmed to roll down the back window. For some reason it would only work to open it, so you'd have to stick the key in the hatch and turn it to make it go back up. 130k miles and I've probably used that remote window button twice max...

Quick answer is no, not possible.
However, check the link in my signature to look at removing a relay to give the windows constant power if that is of any help.
