Removing Door Panel

1. I Need to replace Front Left door actuator. How difficult is it to remove the door panel and what are the steps?

Front Left door will not unlock with remote but will unlock by key. It will lock by remote.

Is the actuator the problem?

2. Lower left instrument panel has light burnt out. Steps to replace bulb needed.

3. Left back seat belt is out all the way and will not retract. How to check this?
How do you remove the piece of molding that the seat belt re tracker is behind?
Any info much appreciated.

Very simple....

1) Unscrew the black screw inside door latch
2) Push in center of 2 push fasteners and pop them out. One is towards the top front of the door panel facing inside, the other is a smaller one on the top back facing back edge of the door.
3) Gently pull the door handle up and remove (the "handle" you use to shut the door). Its attached with clips and will come off if you apply some upward pressure
4) Unscrew 2 gold screws that are behind the door handle
5) Gently pull edges of door panel away from door going all the way around ensuring all clips come out
6) At this point door panel should just be hanging from top edge. Pull up and twist to pass the door latch through the panel (itll be clear once you are at this step)

For the rear seatbelt:
Remove plastic sill (something like 4 phillips screws), carefully pop panel over seat belt off. The seat belt assembly is incased in clear plastic, you can watch it work. It's held in by one bolt. Mine aren't bad enough to have figured out how or if it can be messed with...yet.
