removing emblems

Hey, I'm driving a 2004 sport edition. I'm going to take all the toyota/4runner emblems off my car because they are the only things left on that are chrome.... How should I go about doing this? Are they just on there with double sided tape? Thanks

Just use a hair dryer or a heat gun to heat them up real good and the will come off pretty easily. :flamethrwoer2:

I carefully used a flat head screwdriver and some citrus based cleanser and had no problems. Yes they are held on by double stick tape.

When I did mine it was close to 100 outside. Dental floss, then cleaned with GooGone, claybar and wax.
