Removing PCV valve on 4.7

I've recently replaced the valve cover gasket and am also experiencing oil wetness on the upper intake manifold bolts. I'm assuming bad intake manifold gasket. That being said I thought it'd be a good idea to replace the pcv valve. However it appears to be seized. Is pb blaster safe to use in this area? Or any other suggestions on removing it?

I used a quick spray of wd40 blue torch... steady hard pressure with good leverage on a big wrench and it broke loose.

Slow and use a long wrench. The threads have a sealant on it so it will be a little more difficult.
