Replace cat converters or O2 sensors? Warranty issue or not? Also need pics pls.

had the time today to replace the O2 sensors and couldn't break them free. Spent over an hour banging away and they just wouldn't loosen up. Awesome.
In other news, my state's annual inspection requires NO license plate frames at all, so I had to remove mine. And the Toyota-supplied metal screws have rusted into their tapped threads, so I had to drill ALL FOUR of them out, front/back. Double awesome. Now I have to remove the rear hatch inside plastic covering to get to the nut threaded to the bolt holding the rear plate.
I'm hating on Toyota right now.
