Replace coil packs?

Replacing my spark plugs today (210k miles). Replaced them at 100k as well. Any reason to replace #4 or #6 coil packs? Different greenish color than the other coils and the rubber boot looks pretty rusty. Can tell if it’s affecting performance but the top of the #6 plug rusty too.

If it was my truck I would replace every one of those with identical denso units so that they are all the same age. I have seen the green coil packs on amazon for as little as $9 brand new in the past.

if you have the money, replace it. if you are not having any trouble, just keep using it and buy a spare so you have something around just in case one of them fails while you are on a long road trip.
