Replace Glove Box Light?

I really feel dumb asking this because I just finished replacing the A/C bulbs, wiring running board lights, changing the cabin air filter and installing a Lexus steering wheel (among other things), but I can't figure out how to get the glove box light out. (I'm trying not to break anything) Does the grill covering it just pull out, or what? I'm replacing the bulb with a LED. Thanks.

i never knew my glove box had a light. since the day i bought it, it has never worked. soo please bump because id like to change mine too (if there even is one!?)

I know it only comes on when the lights are on.
