Replacement air intake

I've got 120k plus on my 03 4runner. I was thinking on replacing the air intake. I was thinking on going with K&N, but I was sure what the difference is between the 63-9022 and the 77-9022KP. I wrote K&N, but haven't heard anything back. Any ideas?
