Replacement driver seat on a '99

I'm new here and have searched for my answer but can't find it. I am looking for a complete front driver seat, cloth, tan, for my 1999 4Runner. I don't need the rails or assembly below the seat, just the seat and back support. I searched the toyotapartssales.com but didn't find what I was looking for. Can someone point me to some solutions? Thanks. And great forum!

Try car-part.com

Having the same issue. Looking for basically a stock seat, but not super worn, to replace my super worn ones.

Does anyone know how well the 4th/5th gen seats fit in 3rd gen? Plug and play?

Hit up East Coast Toyota Restorations on Facebook, they have a ton of pulled parts from junked runners. Even if they don't have one in stock they'll put you in a queue and let you know when one comes in. I would subscribe to all your local 4runner facebook classifieds as well if you haven't already.

Luck of the draw, I just sold these for $100 and it took awhile to even get that.

Had them in the classifieds here, craigslist and offerup (don't do facebook, else I would have posted there too).

looking through car-part.com, looks like I got about the going rate for Any seat. didn't really care, just wanted them gone from my storage.

i sort of in the same boat, i have 2000 seats I am trying to swap into a 98, passenger side fits great, Driver side didn't line up?

I have a complete set of cloth seats out of a '99 sr5.
Ran them for 3 years until I found some original leather ones out of a wrecked '00 limited. $100 for the whole set! Couldn't pass it up. I've been meaning to take pictures of them just haven't gotten around to it. Company I work for ships odd/large items so if it's in our service area I could ship them for practically free! If not idk what the cost of shipping them would be. Sucks nobody's closer to come pick them up.
Good luck with your search!

I seen some users even fix there seats with even new foam.

I have several I need to fix but I going to see what kind of a cost is rebuild them myself.
As I want to add seat heaters to both sections as well.

As seats are the one thing that's really hard to find at times for a decent price.

Keep searching as you never know when some will show up. :)

What color my Man?

BTW, does anyone know if there is any stock wiring present under the carpet of the base model that would electrify power seats?

Take a look for yourself, there's bound to be a connector already for the seatbelt and passenger seat occupancy light. Power connectors are 3 pins wide with constant 12v and ground on the 2 outside pins. If not, it's a stupidly easy thing to wire in yourself... like, electrical wiring 101, a 1 on a scale of 1 to 10.

I have two SR5 tan manual seats that are slightly used if you are still looking. I am in SoCal. The original owner of my limited did not want to front the money to replace when motors went out. I went to the junk yard and found working seats and had the leather replaced with vinyl. if you are interested in the seats, send me your email and I will get you some pictures.

I know this is an old thread, but if anyone is looking for near mint 2002 leather oak/tan seats and would like to trade their CLOTH FACTORY for them and is in the NJ area, please let me know. I know it's going backwards, but I like cloth compared to leather.
