I was wondering if on a high mileage 4th gen V8. It would help anything to swap for injectors with more holes. I was told this would help engine performance. I have an exhaust installed and may do CAI soon. Would love more info on this topic. Obviously if you are running a turbo it would help but would it do anything stock?
