Replacing a bunch of parts, what do I actually need?

my truck is about to roll over 200k and I think i should replace some parts the question is what do i actually need?

on my list is:
LBJ's
inner + outer tie rods
Sway bar end links

Other stuff i need to do:
timing belt + water pump
flush PS system
misc maintenance

Came out to about $950 thats a lot of money right now. So now its a question f what do i need. I think im going to go jack it up in a little bit and try to check it. How do i check my tie rods? What would you do. Im not interested in putting in the taco LBJ's.

Lower ball joints I would do for sure if yours are originals. The rest could possibly wait, but its easier to do it all at once.

Why is your estimate so high? I did upper/lower ball joints, inner/outer tie rods, wheel bearings (all 4) rear axle seals, steering rack guide, and it was only like $850. All OEM Toyota parts.

Make sure to have all the zerks greased as well. I learned from experience buying one that had not been done regularly. One day it sounded like someone was pounding on the floor board from the slip yoke being bone dry.

That particular order i did through vandergriff (aka trd parts 4 u) or something like that. Carson has been good to me on prices as well. Toyota Parts: Toyota TRD Parts, Replacement Parts and accessories from Carson Toyota

Good example is the clutch disk in my new daily. I called stevens creek toyota locally and they quoted me $75 on the disk +$6 core charge +tax. I had already priced it out on Carson's website and knew they were cheaper. asked if they would match .. got a very rude no, so i said nevermind. Carson managed to sell me the part +tax, +core, +shipping all cheaper than the $75 "retail" price at Stevens Creek.
