Replacing aftermarket security system with OEM?

Have a 2005 SR5 with an aftermarket security system that genuinely sucks. Has two awful key fobs and I think the aftermarket alarm is kinda tacky and cheap sounding. Want to replace with the OEM fobs and beeper, but not quite sure where to start. There is a shock sensor wired in near the fuse panel and some other wires in the kick panel that look not factory, along with the alarm under the hood.

Is there a way to purchase the whole system? Or pull off of a junkyard vehicle? Not sure exactly what I’d need to pull off.

Sounds like the “new” system was spliced in all over the place, not hooked up with any sort of clean harness. Good luck, that can be a real headache! Dealing with a similar situation with mine but for the stereo. Trying to find original harnesses and parts to solder back in.

Love the idea of taking it back OEM but be prepared for some headaches.
