Replacing chrome rear garnish with body-color

I'd like to replace my chrome rear garnish with a body-color one and I'm trying to figure out what I need. If you look at the diagram here, it seems like part 7680135380B2 (Shadow Gray Mica, 1F4) maybe comes with everything including hardware and Toyota emblem? Can anyone confirm this, or tell me what (else) I need to order?

That one makes it look like the emblem isn't included (which I believe is a separate part with the body-color garnish, unlike the chrome).
