I need to replace the fan clutch on my 06 V6. Can I just remove the 4 bolts at the shaft and wiggle out the fan/clutch assembly? Or do I have to remove the fan shroud, coolant line, etc?
You don't have to disconnect any hoses but you probably will need to pull the shroud. The easiest way is to remove the 4 nuts on the fan and the screws on the shroud and pull them both out at the same time.
