replacing floor liner?

The floor liner in my 2004 Limited is really showing signs of wear - kids spilling stuff, mud, etc. Its pretty nasty.

Few questions - is this pretty easy to take out and replace?

Any recommended places to buy a replacement?

Sorry, I might be using the wrong terms. I want to replace the entire carpet on the floor, not the mats.

Well, I need new mats, too, but I'm just going with the OEM 4Runner mats.

Anyone know where to get a full replacement carpet or how hard that is to replace?
