replacing front bumper

I am looking to replace my front bumper but I don't know if I need to buy a bumper that has the parking lights with it or if u can just buy the bumper and not have to worry about having the lights with it. any suggestions would be great

4xInnovations plate bumper comes with the turn signals and is a great looking bumper IMO.

if you are talking a replacement bumper, I just got one for a '98 from autopartswarehouse and no, you don't have to order the turn signal lights.
