Replacing front bumper...

I was the victim of a hit and run in a shopping center. I received an estimate from my insurance co. for $550...not really an option since I have a $500 deductible.
My question is if the damage is only cosmetic on the front bumper (see pics) is it something I can have painted and just bolt on there or is there more to it? I have a similar problem with the center piece on the back bumper and I know it is easy to take off and replace.

I'm not positive, having never had to do this with this car, but I can't imagine it being very difficult. It looks like a pretty standard mount. Go to your library and check out a shop manual. This will show exactly how to remove/install the bumper cover.

Or you could get one of the HiLux bumpers from Japan. They don't offer HiLux in US, but they are awesome. I think the silver one on the japanes website is the best.

Protect this from happening again with a T&H Bull Bar!
