Replacing Hood/Grill Weather/Trim Seal?

I have some...ummm...I guess trim weather seal?...where the grill meets the hood that has rotted away. Is this (just the weather strip/seal/whatever it is called) serviceable/replaceable?

Thanks. I see there are three "versions" of this part 53119-35020: A0, B0, and C0. Do you (or anyone, for that matter) happen to know what the difference(s) are between them?

Yes the letters denotes the color...AO is White...BO is Gray...CO is Black.

Links, scroll down to the "details", also "Radiator Protector" and "Grille Insulator" are commonly used names for this part by Toyota.
