Replacing REAR wheel stud

I've searched the forum and internet and can't find any instructions on how to replace a broken REAR wheel stud on a 2006 4Runner Sport. Is procedure the same as used for the front wheels? I'm thinking they must be different because the front wheel procedure looks like a 30-60 minute job, but my son was recently charged $200+ to replace a rear stud on this vehicle.

Yeah, dealing with the rear drum e-brake is a royal pain. That's where the cash comes in. Only had to do a front one so far (knock on wood). I realized when I was respooling my winch yesterday that I've got my e-brake adjusted so loose it doesn't do anything for fear of it dragging. I should just yank the guts out and abandon it.
