Replacing the rear springs for 4th

I have a set of FJ springs and want to replace them in the rear of my 06 4runner with XREAS. How hard to replace them? Do I just need a spring compressor to remove the old ones and replace them with the new ones? I searched the forum but I couldn't find the instruction anywhere. Can someone help me please? I have them for more than a year already and want to replace them this holiday weekend.

Rear springs are pretty easy. Just unbolt a few things. Pull out the old springs. Put in the new springs. Rebolt. There should be some instructions w/ pics if you search around.

I haven't done it myself but here are the FSM pages. Not sure about disconnecting the brake lines. Hope others will chime in.
