I just picked some up... have not installed them because I'm also doing a steering rack tie rod upgrade with mine. Yes they are not cheap.

I saw these about a week or two ago as well. They're pretty damn expensive but they look really nice, but still a hard price to swallow
Anonymous Fabrications has been making some for a little whole now as well, myself and a few other forum members are running them with no complaints (Timmy/Sean will be putting out a video on them eventually I believe). I would recommend looking into them first if this tickles your fancy; they're MUCH cheaper and utilize the OEM LBJ casting, so you can submit your old set to be used for an additional $100 off. When it comes between the two I find it very hard to justify Total Chaos; the only benefit would be the opportunity to install a Delta joint retrofit, but that's a pricey upgrade for potentially not much benefit. For some odd reason a 1in uniball replacement also costs 2-3x as much as a 7/8in uniball as well
If you're concerned about sealing/booting them, i created a thread a while back that shows you how to properly seal them up to keep dirt out. I've done some muddy wheeling since installing them and they're still totally clean inside; just took a peek inside the other day and didn't see grit or anything

I run these up top: JBA Offroad. Great company and great product=win
My lBJ are OEM, I see no point in this uni-ball lbj unless you're thrashing your 4runner every day offroad.

Cheaper replacements are what sold me. $35 vs $200+ and they can be found much more readily than OEM
In theory you should get more flex/travel as the uniball can achieve a greater angle, but in practice its not so simple and I don't think anyone's documented measurements or done a direct comparison yet. Would be interesting to see though
