Reset Warning Lights

During the last fuel fill up the gas cap was not correctly put on so now a number of warning lights are on such as Check Engine, Traction Control, VSC.... Is there a way to reset them without going to the dealer?

Lots of info found via search but none on how to reset the lights. The gas cap was so loose that I'm pretty sure it was the issue but after putting it on correctly the warning lights still remain on.

Give it a day or so... The light may go out on its own. If not most code readers will clear the CEL. You'll need the CEL out before you can address the VSC lights.

Acutally it took two fuel refills to reset but in a V8 that was only about a week.
