Reverse Parking Sensor

Has anyone ever installed an aftermarket Reverse Parking Sensor on a 4th gen 4Runner?
What's the best brand?

Just don't get the Toyota version - I posted a thread on it recently - I think there were responses there also to potential other options that people had installed.

I have the Echomaster Back up Navigator from http://www.audio-n-more.com/Merchan...PROD&Product_Code=EM-PV&Category_Code=ALARMS. It works really well. The dealer in Hawaii was offering the same product for twice the price. So guess where I bought it from?

I got the same echomaster kit a few days after picking up my 2005 SE and I've been really happy with it. Had someone else install it since I was afraid to drill the bumper.

I got it for $80 bucks...but I am also afraid of drilling the bumper. I want to get rid of it (brand new) for $55 plus shipping...let me know if you are interested.

I was hoping no one would ask, as I've lost the link. However, by doing a Google on "reversing sensors" I came up with several other ones that don't require bumper drilling.

Also finding some that are hitch mounted.

The search also seems to come up with a ton of them for the UK - those folks must really be into it, even though most of their vehicles aren't that big!

License plate holder sensor - way cool (but perhaps UK only?)

The parking spaces over there are tiny though - much smaller than the spaces you get in North America (here you can actually open the door of your car to get out!!)
