revtek 3/2

I have a 3/2 revtek lift kit on my 06 sr5 ..I currently run 285/45/22,,I'm wanting to run the nitto Terra grappler's all terrain..to give it a beefier look...do I have to get a whole different lift to fit a tire that big? The 285/45/22 's I currently run are maxing out the space I have now?
