Rig uneven after air lift install

I just installed an air lift 1000 and noticed that the passenger side is substantially taller than the driver's . I only noticed because I was several yards away working on something else. If I pump the driver side to 25lbs the driver's side is only a hair shorter.

I'm certain that the coils are on the proper sides and both are seated where they're supposed to with the bottom against that lip. It's also not the tires. To be fair, I guess it's possible that it was uneven before the install and I simply didn't notice although I doubt it. I'm open to suggestions. Do these air bags "settle"? Should I just take it off road and hope things even out? Thanks!

In general the 4R leans to the drivers side already. If the air bags are identical from side to side already, I'd guess this is just carrying it forward after install. My lift included a spacer that leveled it side to side.

Yeah my spacers came labeled driver and passenger too, but I couldn't discern a difference between the two. I wish I had a photo of the rear on pavement. I'll need to bring both sides down to 5psi and upload a picture of the rear. It looks like George Costanza sitting on a fat wallet. Right now even with driver's up to 25psi I'm not sure that I feel much of a difference in ride quality. Maybe a little if I'm trying to feel for it.

Did you cut the bump stops the same on both sides?
Verify all hoses still connected and didn't blow off one side?

Yes, bump stops were definitely cut at the same node and hoses are all good. It's able to keep pressure. Right now passenger is at 5.5 and driver is 23.5. I tried bringing the driver's down and it went lob-sided again. But you gave me an idea and I think I maybe found the issue. The little rubber cushion on the passenger side is nearly centered on the seat while on the driver's side, it's on but like kinda off-centered and bulging to one side like a herniated disc if you've ever seen one. I think I need to re-center the disc but I'm not looking forward to taking it all apart again. Since I don't need all the space to completely remove the spring, only shuffle it a bit, I hope jacking it up will be enough without having to disconnect the shock and the panhard rod. Don't want to damage the shock though.

What "little rubber cushion" are you referring to? Are you talking about the cut bump stop or the poly disc that came with the airbags or what exactly?

If you let the air out of the airbags and look at the level, is it still unlevel?

If it is then it isn't the air bags.

Yeap, that might do it. I had issues with mine flopping about any time the weight of the truck was taken off of them, basically any time it was on jacks. I went back and used some heavy duty outdoor rated double sided tape to secure them to the axle and haven't had further issue.
You should be able to fiddle with everything if you just let the bags go to atmophere (let air out and disconnect the valve or line somewhere). Also a little dish soap will go a long way for lubricating things up. I managed to install mine and never did anything more than jack up the truck and remove the rear wheels.
