Right parking light and front indicator not working on 2006

My 2006 4Runner's turn signal was rapidly clicking today, meaning burned out bulb. I turned the lights on and hit the hazards to find they are both burned out! WTF?

Anyone heard of this? Also what'st the best way to remove the turn signal bulb?

The Toyota store wants $11.99 for the bulb :lol:

Should be able to pop the hood and reach behind the lights to replace. I have a 2006 and have replaced the bulbs twice in a year...just eats them up i guess. I haven't found anything wrong that would cuase this.
