Right parking light lens removal interior access

I have a 2003 LTD. with a burnt out strobe light that I use for emergency response which is in the casing next to my right indicator light. I cant access it from behind to change as I would to change my parking light and I think I need to remove the whole lens case. Is this the best way to access the interior and I could use some help removing that lens as well.

I'm a little confused as to what you are referring to. Since this sounds like an aftermarket installation, could you provide a picture of the light in question so we could better help you out?

here are two pictures that should help clarify the help I need. I was able to attach a new strobe so i know its the bulb that is burnt it out but I dont know how to get the old one out and the new one in next to the turn signal light.

another plea for help... how can I get inside the lens casing where the bulb is so i can replace the strobe. I need to pop open the whole case and cant just go in from behind where the openeing is for the right turn signal light.

The lens cover is screwed in from the outside. There's a couple of screws on the top, one on the side, and one on the bottom right. You have to remove that tiny trim piece under the headlight to get to the bottom screw and possibly the grille to get to the left screw.
