Rim questions

So, Ive recently got a 2004 Limited V8, and had some questions about the rim. And before I ask, I'll relay what I know.

I have the stock 17in rims with a 30mm offset
I have 13WG front calipers ¿which supports 16in rims?

What I want is 16in rims, preferably steel(I like the looks of the basic steel rims) and they will have a 30mm offset. Im looking at some that fit these requirements and wanted to make sure they will be fine

But I have 03 limited with stock 17's
I run 16's and they are real Real close to calipers
